We look for monthly rentals as our condo association restricts us to just a few rentals per year. The Mass. Lodging Tax of 14.45% is waived on rentals of ≥32 days – a huge savings. We throw in 4 extra days for free when you rent for four weeks, so you hit the 32-day mark. We do everything to give you an affordable ocean-front vacation.

Of course, we consider 2- and 3-week rentals if we lack month-long bookings, but they would be “last minute” deals. Let me know if you are interested and I’ll make a waitlist of requests received.
